I can't think of a better birthday treat for her, I love that it's healthier than many things, and it's dairy free so Caroline and I can have some too!! My Father in Law has type 2 diabetes and has gone vegan with much success. Any way to modify this to cut back on the sugar for him? Would splenda work? He has very little options for desserts.
